Project Development & Finance counsel Anthony Lepere, associate Lachlan Clancy and trainee Andrea Callá have contributed to the forthcoming third edition of Liquefied Natural Gas, The Law and Business of LNG. This practical title has been updated to take into account the rapidly shifting arrangements and participations in the international LNG sector. Anthony Lepere (with assistance from Andrea Callá) collaborated with Elze Frima from Shell to update the chapter concerning floating LNG, while Lachlan Clancy collaborated with Philip Thomson from Ashurst to update the chapter concerning LNG trading. These chapters sit alongside contributions from leading oil and gas companies, consultancies and law firms. The content spans the latest developments in traditional LNG matters such as structuring projects, sale and purchase agreements and shipping, as well as chapters on LNG from shale and unconventional sources, the forced reopening of contract terms over time and the growing role of smaller and floating LNG developments.
