Elvira authored the chapter titled “The Legal Parameters of the Commission’s Investigative Powers and the Imposition of Parental Liability in Cartel Cases,” with assistance from associates Patricia Sanchez-Calero and Caroline Préel (both Brussels-Antitrust), as well as the chapter on “European Union.” Mathias authored the chapter on “Germany,” Paolisa authored the chapter on “Italy,” and Matthew and Shirin authored the chapter on “United Kingdom.”
