Senior associate Anna Tevini’s (Hong Kong-Litigation) recently published book Regional Economic Integration and Dispute Settlement in East Asia: The Evolving Legal Framework (Hart Publishing, 2018) received high praise in the latest issue of the Asian Dispute Review,  describing it as an “excellent book” of “significant interdisciplinary value” that is “highly recommended to [all those] engaged, directly or otherwise, in the field of dispute resolution, not only in East Asia but also in other regions and, indeed, globally.”  The review, by Leon Trakman, former Dean and current Professor of Law at the University of New South Wales in Australia, also praises the book for “its clarity, comprehensiveness and demonstrated understanding of the subject.”
