In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Shearman & Sterling professionals from around the world are working together to provide relief and resources to those who have been impacted by the crisis. Our global relief efforts include volunteering, awareness-building, pro bono legal advice and fundraising. We are focusing on five core areas where we can make the biggest impact: food, medical supplies, family support, nonprofit assistance, and small business assistance.
Pro bono legal work and community service have been part of the fabric of our firm since its founding in 1873. Today we are living those values by leveraging our talents and resources to address the challenges this crisis brings to the communities where we live and work.
