The webinar discussed Barney’s latest review on the Treasury’s strategy paper on MIFID 2, the proposed review of the prospectus regime (post-Hill Review) and the latest Treasury paper on Solvency 2. It also included a discussion on whether the U.K. should open up to more cryptocurrencies in the wake of the crackdown on Binance.
