Partner Geoffrey Goldman (New York-Derivatives & Structured Products) spoke on a panel titled “Swap Execution Methods, SEFs, Give-up and Reporting” at the 2016 PLI Conference on Advanced Swaps & Other Derivatives. This panel focused on mandatory trading requirements, SEFs and trading facilities, give-up arrangements, futures agreement addenda and execution agreements, PB and asset manager allocation issues and SDR reporting.
