Partner Paul Strecker (London-Mergers & Acquisitions), chaired a panel session on “Cybersecurity and Data Protection Issues in M&A Transactions” at the Transatlantic General Counsel Summit 2017, held on June 8, 2017 in London alongside two other industry experts.

The panel explored the recent and upcoming regulatory changes in the United States and Europe – notably the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and the EU GDPR – and the impact on buyers and sellers involved in M&A transactions.
