Lorna Chen, head of Greater China (Hong Kong-Investment Funds), along with partner Li Chen (Beijing/Hong Kong-M&A), hosted the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association’s (HKVCA) Brownbag Luncheon at the Hong Kong office.

The partners discussed the latest updates and major trends related to the regulation of China outbound investment. They also shared their insights on the best practices in handling the latest regulations and alternative deal structures. 

The luncheon was well attended with over 30 members that included industry experts and top counsel from leading financial institutions, private equity funds and other professional services firms. Established on November 12, 1987, the HKVCA focuses on promoting the development of the venture capital industry of China and Hong Kong.
