Senior associate Paschalis Paschalidis (Paris-International Arbitration) commented on the keynote speech titled “Alternative Dispute Resolution in Investment – The Role of Complementary Mechanisms and Approaches,” at the 5th EFILA Annual Conference in London on January 30, 2020. Paschalis  focused on the new ADR tools considered by the European Commission for intra-EU investment disputes and the need to create a European court specifically for such disputes.
