Partner Emmanuel Jacomy (International Arbitration-Singapore) spoke at a panel titled “Revision of ICSID Rules and Latest Progress in International Investment Arbitration” at China International Investment Arbitration Forum (CIIAF) Annual Conference on October 13, 2022.

Emmanuel discussed with his fellow panelists the possible impact of the revision of International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) Rules on the rules and practice of international investment arbitration, as well as other latest important reforms and progress in this field.

Co-hosted by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), CIIAF and ICSID, this year’s annual conference focused on Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and ICSID New Rules which will bring a diverse group of scholars, arbitration practitioners, and in-house counsels from China and throughout Asia who joined the discussion online.
