Panellists from Bayerische Landesbank, Nillson Energy and EY-Parthenon Spain will be discussing financial mechanisms involved when developing a hydrogen project, what factors make for a proper commercial rate of return, how to create the right legal framework and what are the advantages of first movers, among other topics.
