On January, 24, The Shearman Coffee Club for Women in Law hosted a fireside chat with Wendy Shiba, former EVP, General Counsel & Secretary of KB Home. Senior Associate Caitrin McKiernan (Hong Kong-Litigation) facilitated the virtual event, which focused on mentorship.  Ms. Shiba’s mentees, Bettina Yip, VP, Legal – Employment & Litigation of Petco, and Shaila Lakhani Ohri, Assistant General Counsel of Exelon, moderated the wide-ranging discussion.  Attendees were comprised of in-house counsel from a broad range of multinational corporations.
