Shearman & Sterling will host the 2023 Restructuring Symposium presented by the Creditor Rights Coalition and the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) on June 27.

The conference brings together leading practitioners, investors, academics and other market participants to discuss the current economic market and credit cycle as well as evolving creditor strategies in both the short-and-long term. Panels will be moderated by Ted Basta of the LSTA, Evan Lederman of J.F. Lehman & Company and Marc Heimowitz of Coda Advisory Group. Financial Restructuring & Insolvency partner Mark Shapiro will deliver opening remarks while Financial Restructuring & Insolvency partner Fred Sosnick will serve as a panelist.

The Symposium will be held on at the offices of Shearman & Sterling, 599 Lexington Avenue, from 1:00pm until 4:30pm followed by a reception.
