Shearman & Sterling represented the joint bookrunners, led by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and HSBC Bank plc as Global Coordinators, in connection with the offering by Darty Financements S.A.S. of its €250 million 5.875 percent Senior Notes due 2021. The proceeds of the offering will be used to refinance existing debt obligations of the group.
