Shearman & Sterling advised Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (PBB), as lender and arranger, on the financing of the acquisition by Crédit Agricole Assurances from Colony Capital group of the new headquarters of Carrefour France.

Completed on December 20, 2013, this real estate program covers nearly 70,000 m² in Massy and gathers 4,000 employees. The program includes 2,308 parking spaces on four basement levels, a nursery, a 1,165-seat canteen, a restaurant, a 1,000 m² fitness area, a training room and an auditorium.
