Shearman & Sterling represented SL Green Realty Corp. in connection with a long-term 15-year lease with Bloomberg L.P., a global business and financial information provider. The lease covers approximately 350,000 rentable square feet, including ten floors and ground floor space at 919 Third Avenue, a 47-story, 1.5 million-square-foot property located between East 55th and 56th Streets in New York. The lease also includes an extension option.
