Shearman & Sterling advised Romarco Minerals Inc. and its subsidiary Haile Gold Mine, Inc. with respect to a $200 million senior secured project finance credit facility with Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, ING Capital LLC, Macquarie Bank Limited and Société Générale. The facility will be used to fund the development of the Haile Gold Mine project in South Carolina.
