Shearman & Sterling represented Fosterlane Realty and SL Green Realty Corp. in two of the most significant leasing transactions in the Manhattan office market during the second quarter. The firm also represented Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch with a construction loan for the development of One Manhattan West, in which 545,000 rentable square feet was subsequently leased by Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom LLP.
