Shearman & Sterling Advises on CSX Corporation’s $600 Million Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC in connection with CSX Corporation’s public offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.350% Notes due 2025. CSX Corporation is a leading provider of traditional rail services and transportation for intermodal containers and trailers. The proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
