Shearman & Sterling represented Solow Realty & Development Company, LLC, as landlord, in connection with an office lease at 4 West 58th Street in Midtown Manhattan for The Neiman Marcus Group LLC. The 16.5-year lease included six contiguous floors constituting approximately 40,000 rentable square feet, and includes additional extension options.

The Neiman Marcus Group LLC is a luxury retailer conducting direct-to-consumer operations under the Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Last Call, Horchow, CUSP and mytheresa brand names and operates 41 Neiman Marcus stores across the United States and two Bergdorf Goodman stores in Manhattan, including one in the building adjoining 4 West 58th Street.
