Shearman & Sterling represented the Province of Córdoba, a Province of Argentina, in connection with the issuance of US$725 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.125% notes due 2021. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as joint book-running managers in the notes offering, and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba S.A. and Puente Hnos. S.A. acted as local co-managers.

Shearman & Sterling also represented the Province of Córdoba in connection with its tender offer to purchase for cash up to US$200 million aggregate principal amount of its existing 12.375% notes due 2017. J.P Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as the dealer managers for the tender offer.
