Bell Canada’s $600 Million Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented BofA Securities, Barclays Capital, BMO Capital Markets, CIBC World Markets and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as joint book-running managers, Desjardins Securities, National Bank of Canada Financial, National Bank of Canada Financial, RBC Capital Markets, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC as senior co-managers, and J.P. Morgan Securities, Mizuho Securities USA, SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. and Casgrain & Company Limited as co-managers, in connection with Bell Canada's registered public offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.300% Series US-2 notes due 2049. The notes were offered in the United States under the SEC’s Multijurisdictional Disclosure System for Canadian issuers.
