Shearman & Sterling advised Marlin Equity Partners in connection with the acquisition of Puzzel, a provider of cloud-based contact center software solutions. The seller is private equity firm Herkules Capital.

Puzzel, headquartered in Oslo, Norway, has offices in six European markets including the U.K. The company serves more than 900 customers across 40 countries.

Marlin Equity Partners, a global investment firm with offices in Los Angeles and London, has more than $6.7 billion of capital under management.
