Shearman & Sterling was featured in ArbitralWomen’s June newsletter on the firm’s unconscious bias event in Paris. Led by ArbitralWomen co-founder Mirèze Philippe, the event helped educate legal professionals on how unconscious bias affects the legal profession and ways to combat it in the workplace.

The article also recognized the firm as a recipient of the Grand Prize for Professional Equality (“Grand Prix de l’Egalité Professionnelle”) by the Paris Bar for its innovative and outstanding contribution to the promotion of equality.
