TaiChen Development (BVI) Limited is a subsidiary of Longjitaihe Property Co., Ltd, which is primarily engaged in the real estate development, property management and property leasing businesses in China. Longjitaihe Property Co., Ltd has been ranked as one of ‘‘China’s Top 100 Real Estate Development Enterprises’’ and ‘‘China’s Top 50 Real Estate Development Enterprises’’ since 2014 and 2016 respectively.
