Shearman & Sterling represented the dealer managers in connection with the cash tender offers by Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras, for $2.7 billion of certain notes of its outstanding series of global notes. The dealer managers were BNP Paribas Securities, Banco Bradesco BBI, Citigroup Global Markets, Credit Agricole Securities (USA), Mizuho Securities USA and Morgan Stanley. The outstanding notes consist of approximately $2.5 billion aggregate principal amount of notes across 12 series of notes with varying interest rates and maturities.
