Intapp’s $314 Million Initial Public Offering

Shearman & Sterling advised Intapp on its initial public offering of 12,075,000 shares of common stock, including the underwriter’s full exercise of their over-allotment option to purchase up to 1,575,000 additional shares, at a price to the public of $26.00 per share, resulting in total gross proceeds of approximately $314 million. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “INTA” on June 30, 2021.

J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, and Credit Suisse Securities (U.S.) acted as lead book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the offering, with Piper Sandler and Raymond James as joint book-running managers. Oppenheimer & Co., Stifel Nicolaus & Company and Truist Securities acted as co-managers.
