Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces the addition of four partners Xavier Norlain, Jeremy Scemama, Maud Manon and Matthieu Lampel based in Paris.
Xavier, Jeremy, Maud and Matthieu's wide-ranging capabilities span mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, leveraged finance and restructuring. The team has extensive experience in midcap and upper midcap private equity, private and public M&A and leveraged finance, including direct lending and restructuring. Their clients include prominent investment funds, debt funds, senior banks, industrial and services groups as well as sponsors and lenders.

These latest hires bring the total number of lateral partner hires Shearman & Sterling has made this year to 23. Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling, the team was at DLA Piper in Paris.
