Shearman & Sterling acted as counsel to the initial purchasers in connection with a £700 million (equivalent) two-tranche sterling and euro-denominated senior secured bond offering that will serve as permanent financing for Cinven’s acquisition of True Potential Group Limited. The Shearman & Sterling team also represented the banks in the context of a £675 million bridge facility and a £100 million revolving credit facility in connection with the financing of the Acquisition.
