Shearman & Sterling advised Citibank as Administrative Agent, on a $12 billion financing for The Boeing Company consisting of (i) a $5.8 billion 364-day revolving credit facility, (ii) a $3 billion 3-year revolving credit facility and (iii) an amended $3.2 billion 5-year revolving credit facility, to finance general corporate purposes.
