Shearman & Sterling advised Alpha Private Equity on the acquisition of Field Sales Solutions, a UK-based marketing services firm, by Impact Field Marketing Group (IFMG) that provides solutions enabling its clients to roll-out their sales and marketing strategy across physical, mobile, and digital channels throughout the customer journey.

This marks the group’s first international build-up since Alpha Private Equity, a Luxembourg based Fund investing in midmarket buyouts throughout Continental Europe, took over the company in June 2022.
