Shearman & Sterling has once again been recognized as a top litigation firm in Benchmark Litigation’s 2023 edition, which focuses on the top litigation firms and litigators in the United States.
The overall Litigation practice was rated “highly recommended,” the highest designation, with the team ranked “Tier 1” for both securities and antitrust litigation. The practice was also ranked for white collar litigation, general commercial litigation and international arbitration. 18 partners were selected as either a “National Practice Area Star,” a regional “Litigation Star” or a “Future Star,” including Behrens, Brennan, Dunogué, Fishbein, Hakki, Higbee, Hoschander, Laguardia, Lanpher, LaVigne, Lee, Lewis, Nathanson, Resetarits, Robbins, Roberts, Schwed and Stenerson. In addition, earlier this year, Rachel Mossman Zieminski and Sara Raisner were recognized by Benchmark’s “40 & Under Hot List,” and Agnès Dunogué was listed in the “Top 250 Women in Litigation” guide.
