These Standards offer guidance to loan market participants engaged in syndicated lending activities on the compliance obligations imposed by federal flood insurance laws and regulations. The Standards account for the revised Interagency Questions and Answers (Q&A) Regarding Flood Insurance jointly issued by five federal regulatory agencies in 2022.
