Associate Kitty Zheng (Hong Kong-International Arbitration) was recently appointed as Co-Chair of the HK45 Committee for the 2023-2025 term. She was previously a member of the committee from 2021-2023. Kitty was also recently recognized as a Recommended Lawyer for Dispute Resolution: International Arbitration in Hong Kong by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2023 edition.

HK45 is the young practitioners arm of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. Its aims are to promote the use of arbitration and Hong Kong as a seat, to provide a platform for members to learn from each other and leading professionals, and to help Hong Kong remain an inclusive and welcoming place for arbitration lawyers who practice in the region.  The HK45 Committee is responsible for organising and guiding all HK45 activities as well as joint events with other organizations in Asia and beyond, including fireside chats and supper clubs with leading arbitration practitioners, regular seminars, training workshops, career and social events.
