Shearman & Sterling LLP represented Ninteenth Investment Company LLC (Ninteenth), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company, in a private placement transaction, pursuant to which Ninteenth purchased 3,334,444 shares of Common Stock of NextDecade Corporation at a purchase price of $5.998 per share for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $20m.
