Shearman & Sterling advised Chefs’ Warehouse Parent, LLC and Dairyland USA Corporation as Borrowers, in connection with an amendment to their existing asset based revolving credit facility, agented by BMO Harris Bank N.A. The transaction amended certain terms and increased the overall size of the facility size to $300 million.
