Shearman & Sterling, alongside Canadian law firm Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, advised long-standing client GMM Pfaudler Ltd in connection with its agreement to indirectly acquire 100% share capital of Professional Mixing Equipment Inc. (“MixPro”). The transaction will be funded through internal accruals and is expected to close by October 2023.

Located in Brampton, Canada, MixPro designs and manufactures innovative Mixing solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
