He has a special interest in partnership taxation and the BBA partnership audit rules. Prior to joining the firm, Ira was a member of Deloitte's Washington National Tax Passthroughs Group.
Ira currently serves as the CLE Chair of the ABA Tax Section's Partnerships & LLCs Committee and the Vice Chair of the D.C. Bar Partnerships and Real Estate Committee. He is also a Co-Chair of the firm's Americas Associates Committee.
