He represents domestic and international financial institutions and corporate issuers in a broad range of capital market transactions, and provides ongoing corporate advice.
Alexander’s practice includes investment grade debt issuances, initial public offerings, acquisition financings, debt and equity programs and cross-border securities offerings in a wide range of industries, such as energy, financial services, healthcare, insurance, mining, and telecommunications, among others.
