Woo Suk has extensive experience advising issuers, financial institutions and buy-side firms on a wide range of structured finance, asset backed-lending and capital markets transactions, including private securitisations, convertible and exchangeable bonds, share buyback programmes, margin loans, private placement notes, MTN Programmes and liability management. Woo Suk also has experience advising creditors on debt restructuring and insolvency matters involving capital market instruments.
