Jessica represents corporate and financial institution clients in connection with transactions and general securities matters for CVS Health Corp., Boston Scientific Corp and TELUS International (Cda) Inc., among others in the tech, retail, telecommunications, transportation, natural gas, mining, healthcare, biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
