Adam Hakki, Global Managing Partner and Head of the Firm’s Litigation Practice and Disputes Unit, and partners John F. Cove, Jr. and Jerry Fortinsky authored a book chapter for a recent publication distributed by Global Competition Review, a leading source of news and insight on competition law, economics, policy and practice. With the publication’s launch of “US Courts Annual Review,” prominent antitrust litigators in the US take a deep dive into recent trends and noteworthy decisions. The content is divided by circuits around the country.

Adam, John and Jerry authored the chapter, “Second Circuit,” which discusses key antitrust dockets and court-issued opinions addressing antitrust claims in a broad array of industries ranging from financial products to e-commerce to innovative new technologies.
