EUROPEAN ANTITRUST TEAM AUTHORS CHAPTERS FOR ICLG: CARTELS & LENIENCY 2021

Partners Matthew Readings (London-Antitrust) and Elvira Aliende Rodriguez (Brussels-Antitrust); counsel Mathias Stöcker (Frankfurt-Antitrust); and associate Ruba Noorali (London-Antitrust) authored various chapters of the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Cartels & Leniency 2021. As well as authoring various chapters, Matthew and Elvira were also contributing editors for the 2021 edition.

Elvira authored the chapter titled “Recent Updates in Cartel Cases,” as well as the chapters on the European Union and Italy. Mathias authored the chapter on Germany, and Matthew and Ruba authored the chapter on the United Kingdom.
