EUROPEAN ANTITRUST TEAM AUTHORS CHAPTERS FOR ICLG: CARTELS & LENIENCY 2023

Partners Matthew Readings and Elvira Aliende Rodriguez, counsel Mathias Stöcker (Frankfurt-Antitrust) and associate Alexandre Köhler authored various chapters of the International Comparative Legal Guide: Cartels & Leniency 2023. As well as authoring various chapters, Matthew and Elvira were also contributing editors for the 2023 edition.

Elvira and Alexandre authored the chapter titled “Recent EU Courts Developments – The Scania, Deutsche Telekom and Optical Disc Drive Cases,” as well as the chapter on the European Union; Mathias authored the chapter on Germany, and Matthew authored the chapter on the United Kingdom.
