International Arbitration partners Emmanuel Jacomy (Singapore) and Jennifer Younan (Paris), counsel Edward Taylor (Hong Kong) and associate Gabriel Lim (Singapore) recently co-authored the Singapore Chapter of the Delos Guide to Arbitration Places (GAP).
The GAP aims to provide in-house counsel, corporate lawyers and arbitration practitioners with key insights into jurisdictions where arbitrations may be conducted. It provides information relevant to selecting a suitable arbitral seat as well as conducting arbitral proceedings in those jurisdictions.
The Singapore Chapter of GAP includes in-depth analysis of recent developments that confirm Singapore’s attractiveness as a seat of arbitration, including reforms to permit outcome fee arrangements.
Shearman & Sterling’s market leading International Arbitration practice represents clients in high-value, complex commercial and investment treaty arbitrations across Asia, including in Singapore and Hong Kong.
