New York-based Compensation, Governance & ERISA Group partner John Cannon was a featured speaker at Equilar and Nasdaq’s Compensation Committee Forum on April 5 at the Nasdaq MarketSite in New York, participating in a panel discussion on “Regulatory and Plaintiffs’ Bar Priorities for 2016.”

Cannon joined Jake Amsbary, Securities Counsel for United Parcel Service Inc., Marc Ullman, partner at Meridian Compensation Partners, and Charlie Tharp, Chief Executive Officer of the Center on Executive Compensation.

The Compensation Committee Forum included six panel discussions covering the complex, interrelated issues of executive compensation, pay for performance and say on pay. It also provided participants with the necessary knowledge to make the right pay decisions for their business and win shareholder support.
