Counsel Toshiro Mochizuki (Tokyo-Capital Markets) gave a presentation on “Comparison of Financial Products Regulation – US, Japan, UK and Singapore” to nearly 80 representatives of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley. Toshiro addressed differences in regulation of solicitation and disclosure, particularly in the context of publicity restrictions in global offerings and media coverage of M&A transactions.
