Partner Barnabas Reynolds (London-Financial Institutions Advisory & Financial Regulatory) spoke on the panel "The Long-Term Plan for Enhanced Regulatory Equivalence – How Will It Work in Practice?" at the 3rd UK Financial Services BREXIT and Beyond Summit on November 5.

Other topics covered included: The Government's strategy in terms of protecting the interests of the financial services industry; how the regulator is preparing for BREXIT; and achieving regulatory coherence in a post-BREXIT world. Keynote addresses were given by John Glen MP, Economic Secretary to the Treasury and City Minister, and Nausicaa Delfas, Executive Director of International, and Member of the Executive Committee at the Financial Conduct Authority.
