Partner Jennifer Younan (Paris-International Arbitration) participated in the panel entitled “Ethics in Investment Arbitration” as part of the Kyiv Arbitration Days conference which was held in Kyiv on September 13.

In this panel, speakers addressed the issue of ethics in investment arbitration focusing on violations by arbitrators, counsel and other participants (witnesses, experts, institutions, clients) in the process.
