Partner Gillian Emmett Moldowan (New York-Compensation, Governance & ERISA) moderated a panel titled “Getting Executive Compensation Right: What You Need to Know” and led a discussion on the key factors to consider in executive compensation this year, including the rising importance of ESG for all corporate stakeholders and not unrelatedly, the board and management’s attention on company culture and the corporation’s role in society.
